Crikey, what an enjoyable day out the 4×4 Driving Experience turned out to be! I received my vouchers for this experience day as a gift for my birthday and finally got around to setting a date to do it a few weeks ago. The moment I sat in the driver’s seat my instructor encouraged me to push the car to the limit (within safety regulations I’m sure), we roared off down a beaten track which I thought was going to be really easy until I was told to turn off of the track and head off down what was more a cliff than a gentle hill! How an earth these cars handled the punishment we put them through I really don’t know, but they did and they gave us a truly great day out, an experience day that i’d love to do again some time.
