They say dolphins are pretty intelligent creatures, though sadly we are going to have to disagree. See If dolphins were indeed that intelligent, they’d have got themselves one of these nifty Bladefish Sea Scooters by now.. giving us the dolphin version of a couch potato we imagine, as it lazes it’s way through the ocean taking in the scenery.

Bond definitely had the right idea. Diving is great, taking in the ocean from underwater is a magical experience, but all that exercise making us healthy as we swim down to depths of sea monsters? That’s just not for us.
Thankfully the Bladefish Sea Scooter takes all the effort out of diving using it’s built-in propeller to pull you through the ocean at speeds of up to 3.75mph. There are three versions available to suit your diving experience:

The Bladefish Sea Scooter truly does make you feel like James Bond as you whizz through the water. I was quite surprised about how fast they go, I imagine being a smaller chap definitely helps with that though.
They are quite expensive admittedly, but in my opinion well worth the money. I will be taking my SeaScooter with me on every holiday I go on.
The Bladefish 5000 is simply the best SeaScooter I have used (and I’ve used a few). It has a great battery life, great depth range and an acceptable pace. Perfect the more serious divers out there.
