Equaliser Music Hat
Sound hats are nothing new these days and have been around for a good while now, but this doesn’t stop them being pretty cool gadgets which admittedly we pretty much all own here in the Gifts Guide UK office.
The Equaliser Music Hat takes this coolness to another level with a pair of sound reactive blue luminescent displays lighting up in true EQ style along with your beats. People won’t be able to hear your music, but they’ll be able to see if your rocking out or relaxing to erm.. James Blunt?
Admittedly this product got pushed to the top of our review list because our managing director has a bit of a crush on the model in the picture (Gadget Girl Ella, From BBC2′s Something For The Weekend no less), but lets not let that detract from what is a seriously cool gadget here.
A little while ago we featured the iLogic Sound Hat which has been a favourite amongst our readers for some time now, so the addition of a pulsating blue light that beats along with your music is like adding the cherry to the top of a mountain of ice cream.
Like the other sound hat this will plug into your iPod, MP3 player, or any other headphone socket and just like the other sound hat, this is in our eyes the only hat we’ll be wearing this winter.
A whole new product review just for the addition of a funky blue light? Thoroughly deserved in our opinion….

I love my Equaliser Music Hat and don’t go out in the cold without it anymore. I used to use ear buds but they hurt my ears, headphones just look dorky these days, so a sound hat is a pretty ingenious idea.
I definitely recommend the Equalizer Music Hat to all, it would be a great present to give as well.
The Equaliser Music Hat is the best thing that I have bought this year. The sound quality is really good and I get no little old ladies telling me to turn the music down because it’s too loud.
I just hope they bring them out in some cool colours next, would take a great product and make it even better.
Loving the Equaliser Music Hat so much, stylish, comfy, warm and is a crowd pleaser with the flashing lights (which are stylish and not tacky may I add). I use mine on the slopes whilst snowboarding and if you fall, which I do somewhat frequently, there’s no earbuds to get yanked out of your ears saving you a lot of pain!
No your eyes aren’t deceiving you, the Wilton Giant Cupcake Tin creates cupcakes that are over 20cm high and 21cm in diameter, making them the biggest cupcakes you are ever likely to see.
Been to the Bahamas? Scratch it off! The My Scratch Map is a travellers dream as it allows you to scratch off all the places you’ve been to thanks to the gold foil layer that makes up the image of the world.
Welcome to Gummi Bear heaven, we hope you enjoy your stay! Finish the whole giant gummi bear in one sitting (and at 12,600 calories, we don't reccomend it) then your dentist is undoubtedly going to have a heart attack.
Shots with friends are great fun and everyone likes chocolate (even if it does add to your thighs), so it seems a natural fit to put them together with the Chocolate Shot Glasses that get you drunk and taste great, win / win!
