No hassles with their website, no hassles with their customer service, no hassles with the delivery, it came exactly when they said it would. The internet would be a far greater place if we had more retailers like Firebox.com. I had to call them to make an amendment to my order and spoke to a very helpful young lady who dealt with the error quickly, cheerfully and without any fuss whatsoever. This makes such a change to the other customer service people in other companies I've dealt with recently. The workout message is a cool touch as well. Excellent stuff Firebox! WOW! I have become increasingly frustrated about the poor customer service received nowadays with a lot of other companies, but Firebox have proved me wrong and therefore they have made me want to use you again and again. I recommend to all and I’ll certainly be back to see the latest cool stuff and gadgets you have to tempt my credit card out of my wallet again.
